The La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council owns and manages 41 residential properties tenanted by its members. Additionally, the organisation is the Crown Land Manager for 69 units within the Mirrabooka Village at Little Bay.

The La Perouse LALC residential properties are managed as per the La Perouse LALCs Housing Policy and the Residential Tenancy Act 2010 (NSW) and the Mirrabooka Village operates under the Retirement Villages Act 1999 (NSW) and Crown Land Management Act 2016 (NSW).
